Legions of Hell 2 is an eleven map Doom 2 map pack.
I finally released it. It is not perfect, but I am told it is still good. There is no story -- just kill shit and have fun! I engineered it for cooperative and deathmatch play. I added extra monsters and weapons in multiplayer. It does not require any specific engine, although I recommend one of the numerous Boom-compatible ports to use the BEX patch. In any event, you cannot use the normal doom2.exe. You will have visplane overflow errors.

Legions of Hell 2 was built using Yadex, a GPL'd map editor for Linux X11 based on DEU (well, it works on other flavors of Unix, but Linux is the most popular platform for editing Doom). I built nodes with BSP 5.1 and glBSP 2.05 (the readme is incorrect, but I already uploaded it to the idgames archive). I used WinTex and DeuTex for the textures and miscellaneous resources like the internal BEX patch. With the exception of WinTex, I performed all of the editing in Linux.
